Prepaid Balance Report
The Prepaid Balance Report shows the prepaid credit balance for each customer. Use it to check how much unallocated prepayment credit customers hold.
When to Use This Report
Section titled “When to Use This Report”- Review prepaid balances across your customer base
- Check balances as of a specific date for month-end reporting
- Find customers with low or zero prepaid balances who may need topping up
- Filter by prepayment method to review specific payment channels
Filters
Section titled “Filters”For general guidance on running reports and using filters, see Using Reports.
Filter Options
Section titled “Filter Options”- Balance As Of:calculate balances as of this date. Payments and allocations after this date are ignored.
- Prepayment Method:filter by how prepayments were made
Customer Details
Section titled “Customer Details”Filter by customer name, status, and other customer properties. See Using Reports for details.
Output Types
Section titled “Output Types”- On Screen:standard tabular view showing one line per customer
- CSV Output:full data export for spreadsheet analysis
- Print:print-friendly layout
- Set Balance As Of to the end of last month for accurate month-end balance reporting.
- Run this report regularly to spot customers whose prepaid balances are running low.
