Customer Contacts Report
The Customer Contacts Report lists contact records across your customer base. Use it to export contact details, review contact types, and check contact coverage.
When to Use This Report
Section titled “When to Use This Report”- Export contact details for communications or mail merges
- Review which customers have contacts set up and which type they are
- Filter contacts by type or what they relate to
- Check contact coverage across your customer base
Filters
Section titled “Filters”For general guidance on running reports and using filters, see Using Reports.
Contact Details
Section titled “Contact Details”- Contact Type:filter by the type of contact (e.g. billing, technical, general)
- Contact Regarding:filter by what the contact relates to
Customer Details
Section titled “Customer Details”Filter by customer name, status, and other customer properties. See Using Reports for details.
Output Types
Section titled “Output Types”- On Screen:standard tabular view showing one line per contact
- CSV Output:full data export for spreadsheet analysis
- Print:print-friendly layout
- Use this report to check which customers are missing key contact types before a communication campaign.
- Export to CSV for use in mail merges or external communication tools.
